Care Simple Linctus has been enriched with special ingredients that warm and sooth your throat to quickly and efficiently ease coughing, so you can have a peaceful and restful day and night.Care Simple Linctus is non-sedating, demulcent symptomatic cough linctus for soothing mild non-specific coughs in adults.
Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient. Contains 4g of Sucrose per 5ml. This should be taken into account in patients with diabetes mellitus. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine. This product contains 6 vol% ethanol (alcohol) i.e. up to 237mg per dose, equivalent to 6ml of beer or 2.5ml of wine per dose. Harmful for those suffering from alcoholism. To be taken into account in pregnant or breast feeding women, children and high risk groups such as patients with liver disease or epilepsy. IF YOU ACCIDENTLY TAKE TOO MUCH see a doctor straight away. Do not use after the expiry date. When taken as recommended at the normal dose, there are no known side effects with this product. If taken excessively above the stated dose, glycerol in the product may cause headache, stomach upset and diarrhoea. If you notice these or any other side effects stop using the product and tell your doctor or pharmacist. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN. Do not store above 25°C. Discard any unused linctus 2 months after first opening.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Take 1 x 5ml spoonful. Repeat up to 4 times a day if required. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
